1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legal contract between you ("User" or "Player") and aladin99 ("Platform", "We"). You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. aladin99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access due to a user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials. 4. Deposits and Payment Methods

The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Aladin99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawal of Funds

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the account has completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to a registered Malaysian bank account in the player's name within 15 to 60 minutes for standard cases, and no longer than 24 hours under exceptional circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
